Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive global logistics & procurement executive with 3–5 years of experience in procurement and international logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global sourcing, import/export purchasing, vendor management, logistics coordination, and purchase order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international procurement activities.
- Manage global purchasing, import, and export procurement.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors.
- Create, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct vendor evaluation based on quality, cost, delivery, and service performance.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Maintain procurement records, import/export documentation, and supplier databases.
- Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Support cost reduction and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in global procurement, international purchasing, or logistics.
- Experience working with overseas vendors and coordinating international shipments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and import/export procedures is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
