* Provide on-site service and technical support at client locations.
* Diagnose equipment issues and deliver effective solutions to customers.
* Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
* Prepare and submit Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) reports and service reports.
* Install, test, and commission electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
* Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
* Maintain service records and documentation accurately.
