Role Overview
We are looking for a creative-first performance marketer who understands that ads are won on hooks, storytelling, and iteration, not just targeting. This role will own the creative strategy, ad copy, and messaging that drives conversions across Meta & Google.
You will bridge the gap between brand storytelling and performance marketing, ensuring every ad is designed to convert.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop high-converting ad concepts across:
- Static creatives
- Video ads (Reels, UGC, short-form)
- Carousels & storytelling formats
- Build creative angles:
- Problem-solution
- Social proof
- Founder story
- Product USP (comfort, fit, fabric, etc.)
Ad Copywriting
- Write compelling, performance-driven copy:
- Hooks (first 3 seconds / first line)
- Primary text, headlines, CTAs
- Craft messaging tailored to:
- Different audience segments
- Funnel stages (cold / warm / hot)
- Continuously test variations to improve CTR & CVR
Creative Testing & Iteration
- Build and manage a high-velocity testing pipeline:
- Identify winning creatives based on:
- Thumbstop rate
- CTR, engagement, conversion
- Rapidly iterate on top performers
UGC & Content Direction
- Work with creators/influencers to:
- Script UGC videos
- Provide briefs with hooks, angles, and storytelling
- Guide production for performance-first creatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Performance marketing team (Meta/Google)
- Design & video editors
- Brand/marketing team
- Align creatives with ongoing campaigns, launches, and offers
Key Requirements
Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Ad copywriting + creative strategy for paid ads
- Proven ability to create high-converting ad creatives
- Strong understanding of:
- D2C consumer psychology
- Hooks, scroll-stopping content, storytelling
- Experience working with:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) creatives
- Short-form video content
Good-to-Have
- Experience in fashion / apparel / lifestyle brands
- Understanding of:
- Performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC)
- Exposure to:
- Google Ads creative formats
- Landing page copy / CRO

- Audit existing creatives and identify gaps
- Launch structured creative testing (X creatives/week)
