Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement visual displays to increase sales and customer engagement.
Maintain proper stock display, cleanliness, and store ambiance.
Ensure seasonal, promotional, and brand guidelines are followed.
Handle day-to-day store operations and staff coordination.
Manage store reporting, billing, and data entry with good computer knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in visual merchandising or footwear retail.
Strong sense of creativity, fashion, and attention to detail.
Good communication and team management skills.
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email, Billing Software).
Ability to take full responsibility for store upkeep and performance.
Monitor sales trends and provide inputs for improving performance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
