Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Windows Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 10+ years of experience in managing and optimizing enterprise Windows infrastructure. The role involves Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, patching, vulnerability management, security compliance, automation, and infrastructure reliability. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025), RDS, SCCM, SCOM, VMware, and basic Linux administration. Knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, and Python is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise Windows Server and VMware environments.
- Handle operational escalations and provide advanced troubleshooting for OS issues.
- Participate in incident response, problem management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Perform Windows patching, OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ensure security hardening, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Support RDS environments and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Manage software deployment using SCCM/SCOM and Ansible.
- Participate in incident management, RCA, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Windows Template Building
- Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, or Python.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
