Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Associate Faculty to teach students of Grades 11 and 12 (Intermediate level). The ideal candidate should be capable of simplifying complex concepts and helping students excel in board and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics for Intermediate/CBSE/State Board students.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and concept-oriented lectures.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress.
- Provide doubt clarification sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
- Focus on board exams and competitive exams (JEE/CUET/EAMCET basics).
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge in Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical way
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic knowledge of using digital tools (online teaching, PPTs, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech with strong Maths background)
- B.Ed (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 7–8 years of teaching experience for Intermediate/11th & 12th
- Experience in reputed colleges/coaching institutes is an advantage
