Receptionist cum Accountant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while also handling basic accounting and administrative responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and knowledge of accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and office correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain office records.
- Manage billing, invoicing, data entry, and daily accounting activities.
- Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Handle payment follow-ups and coordinate with clients when required.
- Support overall administrative and office operations.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial and office records.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in reception, administration, or accounting roles.
- Must have knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Degree
- A diploma or certification in accounting, Tally, or office administration is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of total work experience preferred.
- Freshers with Tally ERP knowledge and good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
