We are seeking an experienced NOC Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support 24x7 operations, cloud infrastructure monitoring, incident response, cloud networking, and operational excellence initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of cloud platforms through proactive monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud operations, cloud networking, observability platforms, infrastructure support, and incident management within a high-availability production environment.
Monitor and support cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and platform services.
Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, load balancing, and cloud networking issues across AWS and Azure environments.
Support Major Incident Management (MIM) activities, bridge calls, escalation management, and service restoration efforts.
Manage AWS operational services including EC2, VPC, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, and cloud networking services.
Support Azure infrastructure including Virtual Networks, NSGs, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Load Balancers, and platform services.
Monitor cloud environments using Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, and enterprise monitoring platforms.
Support infrastructure automation, operational improvements, and repeatable processes using Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and Python where applicable.
Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
5+ years of experience in NOC, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Network Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Support roles.
Experience supporting cloud networking technologies including VPCs, VNets, subnets, routing tables, load balancers, DNS, VPNs, and security controls.
Hands-on experience with Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent monitoring platforms.
Working knowledge of AWS RDS, Aurora, Azure SQL, or other cloud database services from an operational support perspective.
Knowledge of cloud security monitoring, IAM, vulnerability management, and operational security best practices.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Site24x7.
