Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy, and goal-oriented Graduate to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is an entry-level position designed to launch your career in corporate sales.
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. You will focus on the front-end of the sales cycle: identifying new business opportunities, initiating outbound prospecting, and qualifying leads to build a healthy pipeline for our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking to identify potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Connect with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and budget, qualifying them based on our ideal customer profile.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and account details within our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to better position our solutions to prospects.
- Continuous Learning: Participate actively in sales training, product deep-dives, and mentorship sessions to master our sales playbook.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree (All disciplines welcome; Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are a plus). Note: This role is strictly open to university/college graduates.
- Experience: No prior corporate sales experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. (Prior internships or customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a benefit).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to decision-makers.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection. A competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly adapt to new software (experience with Google Workspace/MS Office is required; familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus).
