Job Title: OT Staff Nurse
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting doctors during surgeries and ensuring patient safety in the operation theatre.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operation theatre and keep instruments ready
- Assist doctors during surgery
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization
- Monitor patient condition before and after surgery
- Handle surgical equipment carefully
- Maintain records and reports
- Follow hospital rules and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM
- Valid nursing registration
- Experience in OT is preferred
- Good communication skills
