Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in databases and software systems.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks related to data management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related field.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
