Review production drawings and prepare manufacturing plans. Prepare cutting lists, material requirements, and production schedules. Supervise factory production of modular furniture and interior components. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams. Ensure quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Monitor production timelines and project delivery schedules. Resolve production-related issues and implement improvements. Maintain production reports and inventory records. Coordinate with site engineers for installation and delivery. Requirements Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in interior production, modular furniture, or woodworking. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning. Ability to read technical drawings and production documents. Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation. Preferred Skills AutoCAD proficiency. Experience in factory operations and quality control. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
