Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, execution-driven MarCom Executive to handle a mix of marketing communications, marketing operations, and event execution.
This role will:
- Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and on-ground events
- Support marketing communications activities (content, coordination, branding)
- Assist with marketing operations (vendor management, inventory, reporting)
The role requires extensive travel, strong coordination skills, and the ability to switch between creative, operational, and on-ground execution work.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications (MarCom)
- Assist in creating marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies)
- Coordinate with creative agencies and designers for artwork and branding materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and event materials
- Draft internal and external communications as needed
- Support social media content coordination with the digital team
- Maintain and update marketing library (images, videos, testimonials, success stories)
Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing inventory (banners, giveaways, product samples, brochures)
- Track and reconcile event-wise budgets and vendor payments
- Prepare post-event reports, expense sheets, and documentation
- Research and empanel new vendors (fabrication, printing, logistics)
- Maintain vendor scorecard and coordinate annual rate contracts
- Support lead management – data cleaning, enrichment, and handover to sales
Event Execution (Exhibitions & Trade Shows)
- Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
- Coordinate stall booking, space allocation, and event documentation
- Prepare event checklists, timelines, and execution plans
- Coordinate with internal teams for product readiness and marketing materials
- Coordinate with stall designers and fabrication agencies
- Ensure timely design approvals and stall production
- Supervise stall setup and dismantling at the event venue
- Manage branding elements, panels, and visual placements
- Manage transportation of products and marketing materials
- Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and local arrangements for the team
- Ensure availability of all required materials at the venue
- Handle on-ground coordination during event days
- Resolve real-time issues during setup and execution
- Ensure stall readiness before event opening
- Manage visitor flow and support lead capture process
- Ensure proper branding and presentation standards at the stall
- Coordinate material return and logistics post-event
- Collect and organize visitor lead data
Required Skills & Competencies
MarCom & Operations Skills
- Basic understanding of brand guidelines and content creation
- Ability to coordinate with creative agencies and designers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Ability to track budgets and manage invoices
Event Skills
- Proven experience in exhibition or event management (2–3 years)
- Strong coordination and execution ability
- Vendor and fabrication handling experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills during on-ground execution
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing / mass communication/ Event Management / Business Administration or a related field.
