Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage earthwork, paving, embankment construction, and structural work according to engineering and technical specifications.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, manage project funds, negotiate contracts with vendors, and approve invoices.
- Scheduling: Develop detailed project timelines and intermediate milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local/national building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and government authorities.
- Resource Allocation: Procure raw materials (bitumen, aggregates, concrete), assign labor, and manage heavy machinery deployments.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure construction quality and address/mitigate any technical issues.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
