Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Reconciliation
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and stores.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
- Investigate stock variances and submit audit reports with corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor inventory control procedures and identify discrepancies.
2. Salary & Wages Verification
- Verify employee attendance, overtime, incentives, and wage calculations.
- Ensure salary processing complies with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Check payroll deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Identify payroll errors and recommend corrective actions.
3. Costing Analysis
- Review product costing and manufacturing costs.
- Verify consumption of raw materials and production costs.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend cost reduction opportunities.
- Support management with cost reports and profitability analysis.
4. Tally, E-Invoice & E-Way Bill Verification
- Verify accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Ensure the accuracy of GST transactions.
- Check the generation and compliance of E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Assist in GST reconciliation and statutory compliance.
5. Accounting & Internal Audit
- Perform internal audits of financial and operational processes.
- Verify purchase, sales, payment, and receipt transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting records are maintained.
- Review compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare audit findings, reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist during statutory, tax, customer, and internal audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Accounts, or Finance.
- Experience in the textile or home textile industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
