Key Responsibilities
- Represent Leafsta at industry expos, food and beverage exhibitions, and specialized tea events.
- Assist in setting up, organizing, and managing Leafsta specialty stalls and pop-up displays.
- Actively engage with event visitors, conduct live product demonstrations, and manage tasting sessions.
- Communicate product benefits, tell our brand story, and drive customer interest and sales.
- Gather customer feedback, manage stall inventory during events, and ensure a premium brand image at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Languages: English (Mandatory), with working proficiency in Kannada and/or Hindi.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- High energy, adaptability, and comfort working in high-footfall event settings.
- Prior experience in event promotion, retail sales, or trade shows is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of or a strong interest in teas, organic goods, and natural lifestyle products.
