- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Zoho Books.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
- Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with outlet teams and the Central Kitchen for financial reporting and expense control.
- Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile stock with accounting records.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement settlements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial documents.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Prepare budgets, cost analysis, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
