Job Title: Field Executive
Location: As per business requirement
Job Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new Rapido Captains (Bike, Auto, and E-rickshaw drivers).
Verify KYC and vehicle documents.
Assist Captains with app installation, registration, and account activation.
Train new Captains on using the Rapido app and company policies.
Conduct field visits to achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Resolve Captain queries and provide ongoing support.
Maintain daily activity reports and coordinate with the operations team.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must own a smartphone.
Willingness to work in the field.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
