Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – CRM (Real Estate)
Experience: Min 5 years to 10 years in Core CRM
Job Location:East Bangalore
- Lead CRM strategy to support real estate sales, leasing, and channel partner performance
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle from inquiry to booking and post-sales engagement
- Ensure accuracy and governance of customer, broker, and inventory data in the CRM
- Align CRM workflows with sales, marketing, site visits, and closure processes
- Track and report sales pipeline, inventory status, and project performance through dashboards
- Drive CRM-based campaigns, automation, and segmentation to improve lead conversion
- Monitor key KPIs including lead conversion, site visits, and booking velocity
- Lead CRM team operations and manage vendors, enhancements, and system improvements
