Sea Queen Logistics Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing freight forwarding company based in Navi Mumbai, providing Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation and End-to-End Logistics Solutions.
We are expanding aggressively and looking for experienced freight forwarding sales professionals who can generate profitable business and grow with the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business from Importers & Exporters
- Sell FCL, LCL, Air Freight & Customs Clearance services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly Gross Profit targets
- Follow up on RFQs and close shipments profitably
- Conduct regular client visits and market development
- Coordinate with operations for smooth shipment execution
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales
- Strong knowledge of Import & Export procedures
- Good understanding of Incoterms & trade lanes
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to generate consistent monthly Gross Profit
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
