Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming customer calls and respond professionally to enquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Assist in generating sales through regular customer follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with sales and billing teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and update follow-up details.
- Support marketing and business development activities when required.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Pleasant personality with customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, or front office is preferred.
