Job Overview
As an SEO & PPC Executive, you will work closely with our digital marketing team to improve website visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support paid advertising campaigns. This role offers hands-on exposure to SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and performance marketing strategies.
This position is ideal for recent graduates, digital marketing trainees, or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to gain practical experience in a professional agency environment.
Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, content optimization, and internal linking.
- Support technical SEO activities such as website audits, crawl analysis, and issue identification.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Perform content optimization based on SEO best practices.
- Assist in backlink research and link-building activities.
- Track and report SEO performance using industry-standard tools.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
- Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Support keyword research and audience targeting for paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, and ad quality scores.
- Create and optimize ad copies for better CTR and conversions.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools.
- Support A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and campaign elements.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and optimization recommendations.
- Learn and support Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and PPC concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification from Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Internship or project experience in SEO, PPC, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
