The STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales strategy, acquiring new customers, and managing relationships with existing clients for sewage treatment plant projects. This role involves identifying market opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Identify and analyse market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create effective sales materials.
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify potential customers and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors,.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of STP solutions to potential clients.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Develop and negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Technical Consultation:
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical specifications and solutions.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Ensure customers' technical requirements are met and aligned with company capabilities.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Analyse competitors’ products and sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
