Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive B2C revenue through strategic outbound and inbound engagements. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in at least one of our target verticals — Health-tech, Ed-tech, or Insurance — and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be the voice of the brand, converting leads into loyal customers while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to assigned B2C leads; manage inbound inquiries with a conversion-first mindset
- Pitch products/services clearly, compellingly, and in a customer-centric manner, tailoring value propositions to the individual customer's needs
- Close sales consistently against daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
- Negotiate effectively, handle objections confidently, and guide prospects through the buying journey
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Maintain rigorous follow-up cadences on warm and cold leads until closure or disqualification
- Prioritize and segment lead pipelines based on conversion likelihood and product fit
- Coordinate closely with operations and onboarding teams to ensure seamless post-sale customer experience
CRM & Reporting
- Log all interactions accurately and promptly in the CRM (call outcomes, customer data, next steps)
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with the team lead
- Flag recurring objections or product feedback to enable product and marketing improvements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication in English and/or Hindi/regional languages — persuasive, clear, and empathetic
- Strong consultative selling ability — ability to understand customer needs before pitching solutions
- Proven objection handling and negotiation skills in a B2C context
- Rapport-building over calls — ability to establish trust quickly with unfamiliar customers
- Target-driven with high resilience, hunger for achievement, and ability to self-motivate
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, or equivalent)
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking personal performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Telesales / Inside Sales in a B2C environment (mandatory)
- Preferred industry exposure (any one or more): Health-tech / Health Insurance, Ed-tech / Online Learning, General Insurance / Life Insurance / BFSI
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently
Education
- Graduate in any discipline preferred; MBA or equivalent a plus
- Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotational shifts if required
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore (on-site role)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,355.92 per month
