Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied, while continuously monitoring key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management to uphold the overall quality of the product.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between quality engineering and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies within complex application environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing principles, and defect management processes.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing progress and product quality.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Competence in integrating quality processes with overall application lifecycle management.
Additional Information:
