We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between client requirements, product capabilities, and successful enterprise deployments. In this role, you will work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal engineering teams to understand business challenges, architect tailored solutions, and deliver compelling technical proposals.
This is a highly client-facing role ideal for someone with strong expertise in AI, video analytics, surveillance systems, and enterprise solution architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand client problem statements, operational challenges, and business requirements in detail.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.
- Design customized AI, Computer Vision, and IoT-based solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Draft comprehensive solution architecture, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including software, hardware, networking, and system integration components.
- Collaborate with Sales teams during pre-sales engagements, POCs, and technical evaluations.
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and feasibility studies at client locations.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment and optimization.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, Computer Vision, LLMs, VLMs, and industrial automation technologies.
Who Are You:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
- Prior experience in CCTV, VMS, Video Analytics, AI Surveillance, or related technology companies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision, AI-based surveillance, and video analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), and advanced Computer Vision frameworks will be a significant advantage.
- Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, networking, and enterprise integrations.
- Proven ability to understand client challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in creating technical proposals involving both software and hardware integration.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as Mining, Steel, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Power, or Automotive will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and technical discussions in industrial environments.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
