Job Summary
Milife Medicity Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Service Trainee Captain to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The candidate will assist in supervising daily restaurant/service operations and ensure excellent guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising the daily operations of the Food & Beverage Service department.
- Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
- Guide and coordinate service staff during shifts.
- Take guest orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.
- Assist in handling guest requests and resolving service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service operations.
- Ensure proper table setup, mise en place, and service standards.
- Support the Captain/Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities.
- Follow company policies, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a relevant qualification is preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant F&B Service experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
