We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair audiovisual and IT products at customer locations. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel extensively across Odisha and provide excellent customer support while ensuring timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission products such as Projectors, Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Interactive LED TVs, CCTV Cameras, Video Conferencing Systems, and other AV equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and basic electrical issues.
- Respond to customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the committed turnaround time.
- Test and verify equipment functionality after installation or repair.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and provide basic operational training to customers.
- Prepare and submit installation reports, service reports, and customer feedback forms.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for complex issues and spare parts requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
- Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during field visits.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers with technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
