Job Description:
A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to communicate with potential and existing customers. The role mainly involves promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Explain products/services clearly
Generate leads and fix appointments
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update database
Achieve daily/weekly targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Malayalam + basic English)
Confident speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Patience and convincing skills
Qualification:
Minimum: Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
Experience: Freshers or experienced

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
