We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Interior Sales Executive who can help clients bring their dream homes to life.
Your Role
As an Interior Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You'll understand their requirements, guide them through design solutions, and help convert inquiries into successful projects. If you enjoy meeting people, have a flair for sales, and are passionate about interiors, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers and understand their home interior requirements.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Recommend suitable interior solutions based on customer needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Schedule design consultations and coordinate with the design team.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with designers and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Interior Sales, Home Interiors, Furniture, Real Estate, Construction Materials, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of residential interior design concepts and space planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
