We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Trainee to support project planning and execution. The ideal candidate should have internship experience in CRM platforms or cloud telephony solutions and a strong interest in project coordination, client communication, and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Support) to ensure timely delivery
- Track project progress and update status reports
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and deliverables
- Communicate with clients for requirement gathering and updates
- Support CRM implementation or cloud telephony deployment projects
- Identify risks/issues and escalate to senior team members
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM tools and project management systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Internship experience in CRM tools or Cloud Telephony Platforms
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ticketing tools or helpdesk systems
- Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or SaaS platforms
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
