Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, statutory compliance, and general administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Assist in payroll processing and verification of attendance data.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
- Manage office administration and facility management activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, transportation, and canteen services.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Handle vendor coordination and service contracts.
- Monitor office maintenance and utility requirements.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, attendance management, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
