Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Commerce Teacher to join our School.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building strong conceptual understanding and guiding students toward academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics as assigned
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum
- Conduct periodic tests, assignments, and practical assessments
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams
- Guide students in project work and internal assessments
- Maintain academic records and performance reports
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning
Qualifications:
- M.Com / B.Com with B.Ed. (Mandatory as per school norms)
- Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy & Business Studies
- Knowledge of CBSE evaluation pattern and marking scheme
- Good communication and classroom management skills
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred
Experience teaching Class XII Board batch will be an advantage
