Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Lead to own Agrify's brand, demand generation, and founder positioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong marketing engine that generates qualified trade leads, strengthens market credibility, and positions Agrify as the leading innovator in agri-trade and embedded finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Agrify's overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn presence by creating high-quality content, including trade insights, shipment updates, customer stories, and platform announcements.
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels for Agrify Verify, Protect, and Capital services.
- Create landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, webinars, and nurture sequences to generate qualified exporter and buyer leads.
- Publish real-time trade opportunities to attract buyers, sellers, and strategic partners.
- Build and manage the founders' personal brands across LinkedIn and Instagram through thought leadership content, ghostwriting, and video content.
- Coordinate PR initiatives, media placements, sponsored articles, and industry publications to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage external agencies and freelancers for Google Ads, SEO, creative design, and digital campaigns.
- Track marketing performance using KPIs such as qualified leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic marketing recommendations to leadership.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Prior experience in FinTech, AgriTech, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commodities, or Trade industries is preferred.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills with experience creating thought leadership content.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn organic marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional marketing projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B lead generation and marketing automation.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with PR strategy and media outreach.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience building founder or executive personal brands.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
