About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with experience in magazine content writing, preferably in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging, informative, and high-quality content for magazines, brochures, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for real estate magazines and publications.
- Develop feature articles, project highlights, builder interviews, market insights, and promotional content.
- Research real estate trends, property developments, and industry news to create accurate and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams to develop compelling magazine layouts and campaigns.
- Create content for brochures, newsletters, websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and editorial standards.
- Meet publishing deadlines while maintaining content quality and accuracy.
- Optimize digital content using basic SEO principles where applicable.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, with proven experience in magazine content writing.
- Prior experience writing for the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Creative storytelling and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO content writing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant content writing certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
