Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to take complete ownership of our departmental store operations in Majuli. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a small team and a customer-centric approach to ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility for the overall operations and performance of the store.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 3–4 store executives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily store reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in store operations.
- Experience in managing a small team
- Knowledge of billing software and inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
- Local candidates from Majuli will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
