Preference will be given to International Technical Support Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy L2- l3 Level Technical Voice Support Executive to assist US-based customers over calls. The role involves remote troubleshooting of Windows/ Mac -related issues, printer problems, connectivity issues, and basic system errors by taking secure access to client systems using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls for US customers.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows-related issues (e.g., printer setup, driver issues, connectivity problems, basic troubleshooting).
- Take remote access to client systems using tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams when required.
- Adhere to company processes, SLAs, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills (US accent understanding preferred).
- Basic technical knowledge of Windows OS and peripherals such as printers.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
- Ability to multitask, remain patient, and handle customer concerns calmly.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US process).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
