Key Responsibilites:
- We need candidate with excellent communication skills.
- Its a "International BPO Voice Sales process".
- Able to deal with irritated and frustrated customers.
- Candidate should deal "Calmly and Paitenly" with clients.
- Candidate should have basic knowledge of dealing with international clients.
- Fluent speaking, listening and understanding US accent skills.
- Ability to strongly negotiate/convince the clients and close the deal
- A self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Description:
- 5 days working in a week (Mon- Fri), Fixed weekend off.
- 6 months to 5 years experienced.
- Fixed shift timings from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
- Free pick and drop cab facility.
- Perfomance Based Incentive and Rewards.
- Office parties and fun activities.
- 9 Hours shift ( 8 Hour productive working and 1 Hour break)
- Its a Night Shift profile
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
