POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled Application Specialist with a robust foundation in Analytical Chemistry and hands-on expertise in HPLC and LC/MS systems. The candidate will serve as the technical backbone for clients, providing application support, training, and troubleshooting within the IVD Diagnostic industry.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Age: 30 – 35 years
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology or related Life Sciences; M.Tech (Science Background)
- Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & interview)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Provide hands-on application support for HPLC and LC/MS instruments at customer sites, laboratories, and hospitals.
■ Conduct product demonstrations, installation, commissioning, and validation of analytical instruments.
■ Train customers and internal teams on the correct operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HPLC and LC/MS systems.
■ Develop and optimise analytical methods in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
■ Collaborate with the Sales team to provide pre-sales technical support and respond to customer queries.
■ Prepare application notes, SOPs, technical reports, and training materials.
■ Proactively identify technical issues and escalate as needed to the product/engineering teams.
■ Stay updated on the latest advancements in analytical instrumentation and IVD diagnostic techniques.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Strong background in Analytical Chemistry with hands-on experience in the following is mandatory:
- HPLC LC/MS ELISA RIA Hematology
- IFA Molecular Diagnostics Analytical Instruments Autoimmunity
- Microbiology Endocrinology
CANDIDATE PREFERENCES
■ Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice period — strongly preferred.

■ IVD/Diagnostics industry background is mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
