Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools, colleges, and government offices to promote and sell our books
Meet Principals, Teachers, and Education Officials to generate and close bulk orders
Present book samples and effectively communicate their value
Follow up with prospects and ensure conversion to confirmed orders
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
0–5 years of experience in field sales (educational/book sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and close deals
Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
Self-motivated and target-driven
Additional Information:
This is a field sales role, not a desk-based position
Performance will be measured based on sales targets and closures
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
