Ramtex India is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, ensuring statutory compliance, developing HR policies, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company’s growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, factory regulations, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Conduct performance appraisals and implement performance management systems.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and workforce management.
- Maintain HR MIS, personnel records, and confidential employee information.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the textile manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, factory compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling a large workforce in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
