At LuxuryKase, we're looking for a results-driven Shopify Growth Executive who can take complete ownership of our Shopify business. This role is ideal for someone who understands both marketing and operations and can scale revenue profitably while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Shopify Growth
- Own the complete growth of the Shopify store.
- Increase revenue, orders, and Average Order Value (AOV).
- Improve conversion rate through continuous optimization.
- Launch new products, offers, bundles, and landing pages.
Performance Marketing
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads end-to-end.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
- Improve ROAS while maintaining profitable growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and reduce customer acquisition cost.
Operations & Delivery
- Increase Net Delivery Percentage.
- Reduce RTO and NDR through process improvements.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for faster deliveries.
- Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Customer Support & Escalations
- Manage customer support team.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
- Improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate.
- Monitor WhatsApp, email, and support ticket performance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily and weekly business reports.
- Track KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, AOV, Conversion Rate, Net Delivery %, CAC, Repeat Purchase Rate, and RTO.
- Identify growth opportunities using data and AI tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Shopify stores.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of Shopify apps, themes, and store optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing, analysis, and productivity.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage and scale an eCommerce business.
