Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present and promote company products/services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
- 1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
