- 4–5 years of experience in purchase / procurement, preferably in real estate, construction, or
infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials — civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to achieve significant cost savings.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement software (SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance related to procurement.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and purchase orders simultaneously under tight timelines
