Patient Care:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
Clinical Duties:
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries.
- Handle IV lines, dressings, and catheter care.
Monitoring & Observation:
- Continuously observe patient condition and report changes.
- Identify complications and inform the doctor immediately.
- Maintain intake-output chart and nursing records.
Infection Control:
- Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness of patient care areas.
- Proper disposal of biomedical waste.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.
- Record treatment, medications, and patient progress.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives.
Emergency Care:
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Assist in CPR and life-saving procedures.
Qualifications:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (recognized institution)
- Valid Nursing Registration
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Fresher / Experienced)
- Hospital experience preferred
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
