Key Responsibilities:

Dual customer/product focused position
-
Technical liaison between OEMs and represents our customers during new product development programs
-
Integration & validation of products to customers’ products in a variety of Industrial /construction applications
-
Technical reporting and documentation
-
Interactions with departmental management, customers, engineers, and other teams for project execution.
-
Solve product problems using a process that protects the customer; determine the assignable cause, implement robust, data -based solutions; and identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence
-
Providing technical expertise and support on technical queries
-
Testing on Electronic Systems test equipment and/or vehicles
-
Provide interpretation of results and write technical reports
-
Interact with customers, suppliers, engineers and other functions
-
Develop and give technical presentations
-
Develop & maintain of quality procedures and work instructions
-
Participate in self and team audits and associated corrective actions
-
Flexible & performs other duties as & when required.
Skills and Experience Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering Electronics/Electrical
-
2 to 3 years of experience or entry-level/early career professional.
Knowledge of MS O - ice tools is a must
-
Requires relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the job experience in the area of Electronics Engineering and machine integration

Experience in electronics laboratory activities, equipment, and instruments
-
Knowledge and relevant experience in automotive/industrial electronics software, calibration skills, and technical expertise to perform analysis and data acquisition

Knowledge of both engine products and customer vehicles/machines
-
Demonstrates adaptability and responsiveness to changing work needs, with a willingness to undertake new tasks
-
Multi-mode communication skills are a must
-
Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged through both formal and informal development channels
