Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain customer data and daily activity reports.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Achieve assigned targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Learn company products, sales techniques, and market trends.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
