About Us
Homeful Style is a fast-growing e-commerce home textile brand backed by 45 years of experience in the textile industry. We specialize in home furnishing products and sell across leading online marketplaces and our Shopify website. We are looking for a dedicated accountant to join our growing team and help manage our day-to-day e-commerce accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile payments received from e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, JioMart, etc.) and Shopify.
- Maintain daily accounting entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Perform marketplace settlement reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure proper accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting, invoices, and payment reconciliation.
- Assist with GST accounting and other routine accounting activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting and marketplace reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of Tally.
- Good understanding of purchase, sales, expenses, and bank reconciliation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
