The backend support team operates from the Evergo Tours office in Ramanattukara, Kerala, providing coordination and administrative support to ensure efficient operations across all business divisions.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our backend operations team supporting UAE-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving service-related queries, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The selected candidate may also support various departments within the Group based on operational requirements and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls with UAE customers and provide timely assistance.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about company services, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain customer records, service details, follow-up updates, and communication history using CRM tools or internal systems.
- Coordinate with different teams including translation, administration, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with customers regularly regarding service progress and feedback.
- Provide operational assistance to different business divisions whenever required.
- Ensure customer data confidentiality and maintain professional communication standards.
- Identify areas for improving customer experience, service quality, and internal workflows.
- Support daily backend activities as assigned by the management team.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or client handling roles is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are required.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Malayalam, or Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Ability to multitask, organize priorities, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new processes.
