About the Role
Sky Direct Travel Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations across our group companies:
- Sky Direct Travel — Leisure, Exhibition & Visa Travel Services
- Aero Direct Expo — Exhibition Travel Specialist
- V M VERITAS VISUM — Visa Services Specialist
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts for each entity while also managing shared-office, shared-staff and inter-company accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting for all group entities.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Maintain separate books of accounts and financial records for each company.
- Handle inter-company transactions, funding and expense allocations.
- Allocate shared office rent, salaries and common expenses between group entities based on approved allocation methods.
- Prepare monthly P&L and expense reports for each entity.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts and vendor accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with the CA/CS and tax professionals for statutory compliance.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income-tax and other applicable compliance requirements.
- Maintain payroll-related accounting and salary records.
- Support management with financial reports, cash-flow information and business analysis.
- Ensure proper accounting controls and timely closure of monthly accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience handling multiple entities or group-company accounting will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in a travel agency, tourism company, visa consultancy, exhibition/travel management company or service business will be an advantage.

V M VERITAS VISUM → Visa Business
The role will help ensure that each business has clear revenue, expense and profitability reporting while shared resources are properly accounted for.
Salary: upto ₹ 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
